started renderer ...

+ Basic TUI (aka. GUI) that can handle widgets.
+ The widget label got also added and can wrap around the screen
+ init file got a bit extended; it now does:
  + load widgets
  + load pages
  + load colors
+ init also is now split  in a init and main function
